Terms of Service

Last updated: June 5, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your access to and use of the Miso Flow platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Miso Flow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. Where a separate signed agreement exists between your organization and the Miso Flow operator, that agreement controls in the event of a conflict.

2. Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any activity under your account.
  • You must notify the operator promptly of any unauthorized use.
  • Administrators are responsible for managing access within their workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload data you are not legally permitted to process.
  • Use the service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
  • Attempt to breach security, access other organizations’ data, or disrupt the service.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform outside the scope of your agreement.

4. Customer data and responsibilities

Your organization retains ownership of the case data and content it uploads. You are the controller of that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process it, including any sensitive personal data and any decision to enable AI features that transmit content to third-party providers. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI features

AI features are optional and configured per workspace. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied upon. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated content and for the decision to send case content to a configured AI provider.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan selected. Unless your signed agreement states otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and the service may be suspended for non-payment. Plan details and pricing are presented at the time of purchase.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes are reflected by updating the date above.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited as set out in your signed agreement.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, data handling follows the retention section of the Privacy Policy and your agreement.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be directed to your workspace administrator or the support contact provided in your agreement.
